Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop where you will learn the secrets to designing and assembling a stunning, Instagram-worthy charcuterie board. Whether you are prepping for a holiday gathering, hosting a cozy girls' night, or just love great food, this class will give you the confidence to build a beautiful and delicious spread every single time!
What's Included In Your Ticket:
-1.5 hours in an interactive workshop taught by instructor Ana Rojas of Red Apron Charcuterie.
-Ingredients to make your own take-home board, including assorted cheeses, cured meats, fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and and fruits. Disposable platters and boxes for transporting your creation are provided as well.
-Cheat sheet with tips & tricks on arranging, styling, and pairing meats & cheeses to create a feast.
-A custom charcuterie board prepared by Chef Ana for the class to enjoy while creating their own boards.
