What You Will Learn:
Explore the light flavors of the perfect board and pair craft brews with cheeses! : Learn what makes your select cheese special and how to spot them in the store for your pairing at home!
Charcuterie Folding: Learn the professional secrets behind meat folds and styling to create beautiful, photo-ready boards every time.
Plating & Presentation: Discover how to balance flavors and colors to build a cohesive and appetizing display. We will have garnishes for you to really make your board pop and say GORGEOUS ! ✨
