Chaos No More Workshop: Using Ritual to Clear the Clutter
Do you feel like your stuff has more power over you than you have over it? Is there a pile of unfinished projects sitting in the corner that only grows bigger with time? Do you make excuses for the chaos, but become paralyzed when you try to address the problem? Do you have a hard time letting go of stuff that no longer serves a purpose? Join Sarah Ditty as she walks you through a systematic approach to face that which is ready to be addressed – may it be physical, emotional or mental “stuff.”

Workshop Logistics: Doors open at 12:45pm so that you may get settled and ready for a prompt 1pm start. I need to lock the door to begin the event so arriving early is better than late. You’ll be joining us in the Inner Alchemy Sanctuary & Studio located at 3618 SW Alaska Street, Seattle 98126. *Please note a first land mark is the canon in front of the West Seattle Veterans Center. We are located on the lower level with our door on 37th Ave SW. A second landmark is a sign to the right of the door for Inner Alchemy.
Make sure to arrive with time to find parking; free street parking is available nearby.
Inside, you’ll find chairs, yoga mats, and cushions available so you can sit in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. This is a shoe-free studio so feel free to bring slippers for comfort. The studio can sometimes feel cool, so please dress in layers. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, journal, and any snacks you might want to eat during our break.
Lastly, if you have an item that you want to bring, that you no longer want but are struggling to part ways with, please bring it and let Sarah know. Depending on time, she may be able to help you discern the energy contained within and release it once and for all.
