Come and join us to experience the joy of the Chantraine Dance of Expression at our workshop in Turnham Green, West London - open to adults of all ages and abilities.

Originating in France, the Chantraine School of Dance includes elements from contemporary, ballet, jazz and folk styles, and incorporates principles of dance, yoga and Pilates. It unites the artistic, education and human dimensions of dance to support dancers of all abilities to understand and develop themselves in all aspects of movement - the mind, the body and the soul.
During this workshop we will encompass elements of rhythm, inner awareness, technique, creativity and explore the choreography "Melody of Peace" created by co-founder Françoise Chantraine. The choreography will be danced to the second movement of Winter from Vivaldi's Four Seasons, but we will dance to a wide range of musical genres throughout the 2-hour workshop. The workshop will be led by Clare Johnston and Maya Sethi who have a combined 50+ years of experience dancing this wonderful approach to dance.
