Meet Your Hosts
Francesca has a deep love for sharing inward focused practices such as yin, sound healing, meditation, yoga nidra as well as utilising planet medicines such as Cacao to deepen these experiences. The deeper we can become in relationship with ourselves the more we can return to, experience and embody this space of wholeness. A place of true inner peace. Dean is a Shamanic Drum practitioner and Drum circle facilitator, along with being a traditional Japanese Reiki Master in Usui/Holy Fire. Dean specializes in Yin and Hatha yoga, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to help individuals align with their true centre and place in the universe through movement and sound.
