Come create a colorful fall tree and discover how one simple layer can make your artwork appear to change with the seasons!
In this fun, hands-on class, kids will create a tree drawing on white drawing paper and then layer a clear acetate sheet over the artwork. They will decorate the acetate with colorful fall leaves, creating a fun visual effect that makes it look like the tree is changing with the seasons.
Kids will have the opportunity to experiment with layering, transparency, drawing, color, and composition while creating a unique seasonal artwork.
No previous art experience is necessary. The project is designed to be fun, creative, and beginner-friendly.
