Launching this fall in Boston’s Seaport, these meditation classes explore practical Buddhist tools for developing more calm, resilience, and inner stability.
Led by Buddhist monk and meditation teacher Gen Khedrub, each class includes guided meditation, practical teachings, and time for questions.
