A fun relaxed fizz tasting sampling Champagne & sparkling wine with Rose Murray Brown MW as your guide.
Enjoy a fizz aperitif on arrival. At the seated tasting you will then sample a further 8 wines served in pairs – with one from Champagne and another high quality sparkling wine from elsewhere in the world in each pair. See if you can spot the difference between New Zealand fizz, Prosecco, Cava, English sparkling wine and the real thing – Champagne.
After the tasting, enjoy a delicious two course fork buffet with a selection of further samples of wines to try from around the world chosen by Rose (all included in the price).

This is now a popular annual event with a fun Christmas party atmosphere held in the comfortable surroundings of the Garden Suite of Rufflets Country House Hotel near St Andrews, Fife.
