About this Event
We are incredibly excited to be welcoming Nicolas Bauget, a fifth generation winemaker from the renowned Bauget-Jouette Champagne winery, to Bar Jo for a Champagne Takeover Party and Tasting!
Established in 1822 in Epernay, this boutique house boasts 13 hectares of vineyards across nine classified Champagne villages, epitomizing the finest Champagne terroirs.
We will be pouring a selection of premium Bauget-Jouette Champagnes at your discretion following a guided tasting by Nicolas Bauget! That's right, this is an all-you-can-safely-drink event! Your ticket gets unlimited pours of five Bauget-Jouette Champagnes, and a tasting guided by Nicolas Bauget, himself, and French snacks from the Josephine kitchen. All wines will be available, in limited quantities for retail sales following the event.
*The entire Josephine dinner menu will be available for order during the time of our event, but only a selection of snacks will be covered by the event ticket price
*Seating will be communal, but please reach out to Erin Dudley at [email protected] if you would like to sit with someone who bought tickets separately from your party.
