- Pol Roger, Brut Réserve: a classic, beautifully balanced and quietly confident. The house style that’s been charming people for generations
- Champagne Simon Rion, Larmes de Pinot Noir 2022: a Pinot Noir-driven bottle with more character and depth. The one for people who like a little drama in their bubbles
- Piper-Heidsieck, Vintage: vintage Champagne with a touch of glamour. The grand finale, made for raising your glass and saying “well, that was lovely”
