About this Event
The longest night of the year is a good time to pause, let go, and start fresh. Join us for a 3-hour workshop to honour the Winter Solstice as we journey through the chakras, dancing from crown to base, to release what's no longer serving you and step into the new season with clarity and intention.
This is a sacred space for real release and renewal. We'll weave together journaling, guided movement, and mandala art to help you shed the old and reconnect with your own power. Through Chakradance, you'll move to powerful music as we journey from the crown chakra down to the base, awakening each energy centre to release fears and attachments you've been carrying.
The Winter Solstice is a powerful threshold, a natural invitation to pause, create space for healing, release old stories, and reclaim your ability to begin again.

- Name what you're ready to surrender
- Dance through each chakra from crown to base through Chakradance
- Give shape to your vision for the new season with intuitive mandala art
