Chakradance™ "Awakening" Workshop
Journey deep within to explore your chakras through movement! This in-person Chakradance™ workshop invites you to connect with your body, your intuition, your inner wisdom. You'll be guided through a spontaneous dance (no choreography or dance skills needed) using chakra-resonant music, we dance with eyes closed to connect to our innerself. We dance through the 7 main chakras to help create balance within, freeing blockages and revealing insights. This is a deep healing journey. We then create an individual mandala artwork (no art skills needed) of your experience/journey which you keep to take home. Ending our workshop with a closing meditation.
