In this immersive sound bath, Sabrina Alicea will guide you through a powerful journey of vibration and resonance using her gongs, multiple healing instruments, and her signature metal Tibetan bowls. The sensation is both grounding and expansive, like your whole system is being gently reminded how to soften, open, and reset.
This experience centers on softening the body and relaxing the mind. Through gongs, bowls, and intentional sound, you’ll be invited into a space of deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and inner renewal.
No experience is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to do what words often cannot.
