This course offers a practical and experiential exploration of each chakra through guided meditation, breath awareness, mantra, visualisation, and gentle contemplative practices.We will explore the unique qualities of each chakra, guiding you to deepen self-awareness, release energetic blockages, and cultivate greater balance, clarity, and vitality in daily life.
Throughout the course, you will:
- Learn the traditional meaning and function of the seven chakras
- Practice chakra-centred meditations and visualisations
- Work with bija mantras (seed sounds) to activate subtle awareness
- Cultivate greater grounding, emotional balance, confidence, compassion, expression, intuition, and inner stillness
- Develop tools for self-reflection and personal transformation
-Deepen your connection to meditation as a path of self-realisation
This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior knowledge of meditation or the chakra system is required.
