About Lauren:
Lauren Gauthier is originally trained in ballet and jazz and has spent over a decade in a love affair with belly dance. She has been teaching and dancing professionally in the Western NY area, with a personal focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment for students and all of the many journeys of their hearts. Her goal is to have every student leave class with renewed confidence and a pride in their own beauty and resilience.
