About this Event
During the pandemic, I found myself missing the flavors of home.
I was never really a baker. But there was one cookie I kept thinking about—the kind of cookie that reminded me of India, of home, and of those simple little pleasures that stay with you.
So I decided I was going to make them myself.
I tried a few different recipes, made a few mistakes, changed things around, and kept going. Finally, one day, I took a bite and thought, “This is it.”
That familiar taste I had been looking for was finally there.
And that's how my cookies were born.
What started as something I made for myself during a difficult and unusual time became something I now love sharing with other people.
So come have a cup of chai, try one of my homemade cookies, and enjoy a little taste of the flavors I grew up with.
Come for the cookies.
Stay for the chai.
