Join the Central Florida Freethought Community for great eating and even better conversation in the heart of historic DeLand! Whether you’re a longtime CFFC/DeLand member or just curious and looking to chat, this is a relaxed, no-pressure way to connect with like-minded folks in your area.Chica's is the gateway to Cuban culture and culinary delights, conveniently next to the DeLand Public Library in DeLand's bustling arts and entertainment hub. This historic locale perfectly frames the quaint cafe, a heritage boutique hotel, and a pub/showplace.
You can check out the Chica's bunch menu here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17ZutuO8Lj70R1PtbEW2GqqsMWvkRHGP6/view?usp=sharing. If nothing on the brunch menu grabs you, you can order off Chica's lunch menu too.
So ... pull up a chair, grab a cafe con leche, and let’s talk life, fun things to do, and maybe even what’s going on in the world — with a little freethought flair. Newcomers are always very much welcome, and our hosts strive to be sure everyone feels comfortable and at home.
📝 Please RSVP so we know how many seats to save.
Look for the CFFC table tent and we'll be looking for you!
