Enjoy four fresh traditional Peruvian dishes, hidden away in the historical Highlands neighbourhood. Meet us downstairs in the Boiler Room – please ask the host at Fox Burger.
Your ticket includes seating in the Boiler Room for the evening, along with our four-course Peruvian menu, designed to give you the finest Peruvian dining experience.
Your dinner will be served one course at a time. Drinks will be available for purchase.
Please arrive early, the dinner begins at 6:00pm.
Limited seating. Tables seat 2-4 people. Bar seating available for singles.
The four-course menu:
Course 1:
Chicharrón de Pollo
- Crispy fried chicken bites, dressed in bright criolla salsa, finished with a house-made black mint and cilantro aioli.
Course 2:
Papas a la Huancaína
- A Peruvian classic — boiled yellow potatoes bathed in golden huancaína sauce, layered with boiled egg, purple olives, cilantro, sweet Peruvian corn, and feta.
Course 3:
Ceviche Mixto
- The heart of the night. Cured white fish and prawn, chopped and dressed in leche de tigre, served alongside cancha corn, Peruvian white corn, and sweet potato.
Course 4:
Arroz con Leche y Mazamorra
- A not-too-sweet traditional finish — creamy rice pudding layered with deep purple corn mazamorra, closing the meal like you're in Cusco.
Take-out containers are available if you don't finish a plate.

Full Wine Pairing:
$50 per person. A curated wine pairing for each course. Available to add-on at the start of dinner.
Bottle selection:
$15 glass / $40 per bottle of a curated wine selection courtesy of Highlands Liquor.
Featured Cocktail:
$18 - Pisco Sour (2 oz) - Pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, egg whites, bitters.
