About this Event
The class people still talk about years later
Markers instead of slides. Conversations instead of lectures. You leave ready to pass the test, with a workbook full of your own thinking and a clear plan for helping your team on Monday.
Why it feels different
- Drawn live, not read off slides. Aaron sketches every idea as the group builds it together, so you see the whole picture form, and you remember it.
- You do the work. Short bursts of teaching, then practice: games, real team problems, and the tricky situations Scrum Masters face every week.
- A workbook that is unfinished on purpose. Printed and mailed to you before class. You fill it in as you go and leave with notes in your own words.
- Built for real organizations. Stories and examples from enterprise teams where budgets, politics, and legacy systems are part of the job.

In the room in Indianapolis
Two days on your feet at the flip charts, working with peers from other organizations who face the same challenges you do. Markers, sticky notes, and supplies are on us. Your printed workbook is mailed to you before class, and venue and parking details arrive in your welcome email.

- Pass the CSM test with confidence

What past students say
“Extremely professional and educational course... one of the best I have been a part of. The coaches take time to make sure the class understands concepts and fills the course with a great deal of team activity. Best of all no PowerPoint slides. Highly recommend!” Eric P.
