🌿 Cercle Maman & Bébé . Au fil de l’automne
La maternité est une grande transformation. Le corps, les émotions, les repères… Tout évolue.
Nous vous invitons (avec vos bébé de 0 à 8 mois) à un moment doux et intimiste pour ralentir, écouter, partager et accueillir les changements de la maternité avec plus de sérénité.
🌿 Au programme :
- Une balade en nature pour nous mettre en mouvement, respirer et nous reconnecter à nos sensations.
- Un cercle d’écoute et de partage dans un espace de bienveillance et de non-jugement.
- Un rituel créatif pour laisser aller ce qui ne nous nourrit plus
- Un espace pour se reconnecter à soi et aux autres

Motherhood is a profound transformation. Our bodies, emotions, rhythms and sense of self all evolve.
We invite you to a gentle and intimate gathering to slow down, listen, share and embrace the changes of motherhood with more ease and serenity.
