How can Oklahoma employers do a better job of attracting, supporting and retaining veterans in the civilian workforce?
Hear firsthand from accomplished veterans who have successfully transitioned from military service into leadership roles across business, government and the nonprofit sector.
MEET OUR PANELISTS:
• Carrie Moore | Veteran Advocate, Service Dog Program Founder | Navy Veteran
• Senator Kelly Hines | Oklahoma State Senator, District 47 | Army Veteran
• Keith Varner | Leader Development, Love’s Travel Stops | Army National Guard Veteran
• Kevin McDugle | CEO & Founder, Medical Innovation Centers | U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
The conversation will be guided by keynote speaker and co-moderator J.D. Robinson, Founder of The Renata Group, alongside moderator Rich Hess, Vice President of Plexus Groupe and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.
Together, we’ll explore the challenges veterans face transitioning into civilian employment, the unique strengths they bring to the workforce and practical ways employers can create environments where they succeed.
