When: Monday, June 8th - Thursday, June 11th from 8:30-11:30am
Rain make-up day if needed: Friday, June 12th
Where: Dublin Jerome high school
Who: Boys & Girls entering 3rd-9th grade.
**Groups will be created based on age/experience
What to Bring:
- Running Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Digital Watch
- Extra Snacks **some snacks will be provided daily
What to Expect:
COACHING - from current Dublin Jerome XC staff
EXPERIENCE - gain exposure to a high school XC program; get to know fellow campers, current Jerome runners, and coaches through team building activities
LEARNING - daily racing, training, and mental/physical wellness teaching from a Jerome Cross Country coach or special guest
TRAINING - A group run each day. Length and speed of runs will vary
SPIRIT - daily games that encourage teamwork and camaraderie
Registration fee includes: camp shirt, daily snacks/gatorade, Tropical smoothie, Dell's ice cream, officially timed race & lunch on last day, and sponsor coupons!
