Taith Fotaneg ym Mynwent Sant John
Botanical walk in St John’s cemetery
Dewch am dro hamddenol drwy fynwent Sant John i arsylwi, adnabod a chofnodi coed, planhigion a blodau lleol drwy arlunio neu ffotograffiaeth. Wedi’r daith, byddwn yn dychwelyd i’r stiwdio ar gyfer sesiwn rannu (‘dangos a dweud’), gyda chyfle i ddysgu a defnyddio enwau Cymraeg planhigion.
Come for a leisurely walk through Saint John's cemetery to observe, identify and record local trees, plants and flowers through drawing or photography. After the tour, we will return to the studio for a 'show and tell' session, with an opportunity to learn and use the Welsh names of plants.
Gwybodaeth am y grŵp | Information about the group
Grŵp celf misol sy’n cwrdd i greu, rhannu a mwynhau celf a’r Gymraeg mewn awyrgylch croesawgar. Bob mis, byddwn ni’n arbrofi gyda chyfryngau gwahanol, yn darganfod artistiaid o’r ardal a thu hwnt, ac yn defnyddio hanes a diwylliant y cwm fel ysbrydoliaeth. Mae’r sesiynau’n agored i bawb — o ddechreuwyr llwyr i artistiaid profiadol — ac yn cynnig cyfle hamddenol i ddefnyddio’r Gymraeg sydd gyda chi, boed yn rhugl neu’n dysgu. Grŵp cyfeillgar a chreadigol i ddatblygu sgiliau ac i fwynhau’r iaith drwy gelf.
A monthly art group that meets to create, share and enjoy art and the Welsh language in a welcoming atmosphere. Each month, we experiment with different media, discover artists from the area and beyond, and use the history and culture of the valley as inspiration. The sessions are open to everyone — from complete beginners to more experienced artists — and offer a relaxed opportunity to use whatever Welsh you have, whether you’re fluent or learning. A friendly, creative group where you can develop your skills and enjoy using your Welsh!
