As we celebrate America's 250th anniversary, we wanted this year's event to do more than showcase great food—we wanted it to celebrate the downtowns that have long been the heart of our communities. Through Downtown Throwdown, we're highlighting the unique restaurants, businesses, and Main Streets throughout the regions Spectrum Generations serves while helping bring recognition and excitement back to these vibrant downtown districts. Introducing a new group of three chefs who will each create a beautifully crafted meal for you to enjoy and vote on! Join us as we experience these culinary delights along with a cash bar, hors d’oeuvres (by Maine Pine Catering), live music, silent auction, the donations paddle raiser and cast YOUR vote for the People's Choice Award!
