“Once upon a time, and once there was not…”—the secret threshold from which fairy tales come to life, the fragile border where human time dissolves to make way for the Eternal. Pronouncing these words in the Time of Samhain means crossing the veil that separates the visible from the invisible, the known from the mystery, what has been from what will be.
Samhain is the whisper of the ancient Celtic New Year, the sacred night when summer gently yields to the realm of winter. It is the time when the veil between worlds grows as thin as silk, nature gathers in its silence, and darkness embraces us, inviting us to an intimate and necessary homecoming: within ourselves.
On this threshold of passage, we will journey together into the heart of an enchanted forest to meet Baba Yaga, the Wild Mother. An ancient and sublime presence, terrifying and immensely benevolent, capable of dissolving shadows to restore us to authentic life. It takes courage to cross her threshold. She is the Dark Mother, the one who does not cradle us with empty promises, but leads us by the hand into the depths of our fears to reveal what we still lack the courage to see: a journey into the dark to rediscover the crystal-clear light of intuition—that deep, rapid, and wild knowing that knows how to listen, feel, and recognize the essential we truly need.
🌟 The Intention of the Celebration:
To reconnect with our inner voice, nurturing it in the silence of listening. To learn the subtle art of discernment and gently rekindle the creative and vital fire that we jealously guard within our chests.
🖤 The Symbols We Will Work With and Their Initiatory Value:
*The Skull: An ancient chalice of wisdom, not a symbol of an end, but a casket of quintessence and immortality. It is the pure essence that remains when the superfluous fades away, a gentle invitation to strip away appearances to meet our highest truth.
*The Labyrinth: A powerful initiatory archetype, the labyrinth is the sacred path of return to the center. It is not a place to get lost in, but a womb of alchemical transformation: walking its spirals means dying symbolically to who we were in order to emerge, step by step, reborn into a new awareness.
*The Fire: The alchemical element par excellence, the sacred fire is the spark of transmutation. It burns away illusions, warms our coldest parts, and guards the flame of creativity and inner rebirth.
👗 What You Need for the Celebration:
*Dress Code: A black dress, enriched with a red detail if you wish, to celebrate the passion and the blood of the earth.
*Required Materials: A blindfold for your eyes, to safeguard your space of inner meditation, and a ritual cup or chalice.
*Allergies: Please kindly notify us in case of allergies to nickel, histamine, or theobromine; please write it on your booking form.
