Join the Women’s RGV Poet Society and Poets Against Walls collective for an outdoor poetry event the evening of Sunday, Oct. 11th in celebration of the land and people of the Rio Grande Valley. The first 40 guests will receive free entrance to Bentsen State Park starting at 5pm, courtesy of the event organizers. We encourage folks to enjoy the park before the poetry event starts at 6pm near the parking lots close to the park’s entrance.
