With heavy hearts, we invite you to join us in celebrating the life of Bruce Dobberstein, who passed away on October 11th, 2026 after an 18-month battle with ALS.Losing him has left a hole in our hearts that can never truly be filled. He was so much more than our Dad. He was a husband, grandpa, brother, friend to many, and a coach. Through his journey with ALS, he faced so much, and while this disease took so much from him, it could never take away his positive attitude and high spirits. He always made sure everyone knew he was still smiling.
Ross and Calyn, along with brother, Dwight, and sisters Lisa, and Darcy, would love for family and friends to come together to remember him, share stories, laugh, cry, and celebrate the life of someone who meant so much to all of us.
This is a chance to surround ourselves with the people who loved him, remember the moments that made him who he was, and honor the life he lived. We know he will be missed more than words can ever explain, but we hope to find comfort in being together and keeping his memory alive.
Thank you to everyone who has loved him, supported our family, and been part of his life. The outpour of support has been immense and we are grateful.
