About this Event
To celebrate the launch of our latest extra rare olive oil, we invite you to a very Tuscan evening at the Royal Academy of Music. Meet the producers, get the very first taste of their olive oil, and hear 'bel canto' performed by two world-class singers. Starting at 6pm, with drinks and seasonal canapés, we’ll wrap up by 8pm, giving you time to head out for supper in the local area.
A Taste of Tuscany
Our Tuscan Extra Rare olive oil is produced by Candice & Fabrizio in Maremma. Candice comes from the arts. Fabrizio comes from the land. She’s dedicated her career to Italian opera and theatre: he has worked on land management and conservation, a life driven by a love of nature. In the coastal region of Maremma, they meld their values and artistry with the natural advantages of land, climate, and native varieties to produce an olive oil of outstanding quality. Capturing all the beauty and drama of the region, soprano Julieth Lozano Rolong (winner of the Cardiff Singer of the World competition and named one of Opera Wire's 2023 Top Ten Rising Stars) and a tenor will perform arias and a duet, drawing on Italy’s incredible musical heritage.
About the bottle
For this bottle, we’ve collaborated with English-Italian artist Chiara Perano, who has designed a label to evoke the romantic, refined nature of the olive oil. The first bottles of Tuscan Extra Rare will be exclusively available on the evening.
