In March of 2020 we lost cherished friend, brother, son, and artist - Joey Samulcek, aka Salty. https://www.saltyart.com/
At the time, we were not able gather and honor his life and memory, but perhaps it's not too late. December 17th of 2026 would have been Joey's 45th birthday, so I've made a plan to throw him a party on Saturday, Dec 12th.
Please save the date, and more details will come. Let's make it an event Joey wouldn't want to miss.
Perhaps we'll have live painting? Music. Food. A slideshow of our favorite memories of Joey / Salty / Little Lip.
Location is a gallery space in Phoenix. This will also be live streamed.
Please invite friends of Joey. Join the group chat if you want to help plan. I'll also set up a Google folder where you can upload photos and videos of Joey, to be displayed at the event.
