Come out and enjoy a fun night of dancing for couples and line dancers. We will be celebrating our 40th Anniversary!
Our DJ for the evening, Minime, starts the music at 6pm and lessons will follow. There will be quick reviews of the 2 dances taught at the previous dance during this time.
Line lesson is "Until The Dawn" with Steve.
Couples' lesson is "2 Step" with Linda
Many different levels of dancers attend.
This is a family-friendly event, so bring the kids.
Admission for this celebration is $5 for members and previous members, dance team members, etc. $10 for anyone not previously a member.
Regular Admission is $10 members/$15 non-members/$5 kids with parent
Membership is easy and inexpensive - $20 per year, pro-rated. Membership year runs from June 1 to May 31. Discounts for couples and multi-year.
BYO non-alcoholic beverage (bottle filler for water is available in the building, in some locations). Light snacks are OK, but you need to clean up.
Dances are held on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month.
For weather considerations, we follow the Fairfax Co. Government (NOT the schools)
We have been using a number of locations. However we will be dancing most of the time at Faith Lutheran Church for the rest of 2026. If we hold a dance elsewhere, it will be announced here and at the dances.
We always appreciate some help setting up the tables and chairs prior to the dance. If you can, please come at 5, or a bit before. We always appreciate those who stay until the end to help put the tables and chairs away (after the music stops). The good news is that, at this time, Faith Lutheran is not requiring us to put the tables and chairs away.
We continue to look for volunteers to help with short term and long term projects. Our Board of Directors is missing a number of members. This puts an undue burden on a few people who have been doing the work of running the organization for a number of years.
