About this Event
📅 Saturday, December 12, 2026, 2:30–4:30pm
📍 Cottonwood Room at New City Center, 3104 16th Ave S, Minneapolis
Three years ago, Compassionate Action for Animals set out a strategic plan with big goals for animals in Minnesota. 🐾 Now that we’re at the end of 2026, we want to take an afternoon to look back at what we accomplished and to thank the volunteers, donors, and partners who made it happen. 🎉
🍽️ What’s on the menu?
We’ll share a vegan meal catered by Reverie. The expected menu:
- 🍚 Korean BBQ Mock Duck Rice Bowl: a Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge winner, with coconut rice, pickled veggies, radish and cilantro
- 🌿 Lemongrass Tofu Rice Bowl: grilled tofu, coconut rice, pickled veggies, sambal mayo and cilantro (made without gluten)
- 🥕 Fresh vegetable and fruit platters
- 🍪 Homemade vegan desserts
- ☕ Coffee, tea and other beverages
Menu subject to change.
🎊 What’s the plan?
We’ll enjoy the meal together, then have a short program highlighting the goals we hit from our 2024–2026 strategic plan. There will also be time to mingle and celebrate the people behind the work. Everyone is welcome, vegan or not! 💚
♿ Accessibility
