More than a sauna session.Cedar & Steam Rituals are 90-minute hosted experiences designed to help you slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect — with yourself, with your body, with nature, and with the people around you.
We begin together with 30 minutes of gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, and three rounds of steam. Then, the experience opens up.
The remaining 60 minutes, move freely between the sauna and outdoor lounge. Water, light snacks, towels and sauna hats provided.
