Join us for a one-hour, in-person continuing education class approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Intro to IRC §1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges shows you how 1031 exchanges help investor clients keep and grow their wealth, and how that knowledge can turn into stronger relationships and more business for you.
Your instructor is Rachel Landreth, CES®, a Certified Exchange Specialist with Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC. She’ll cover:
- The fundamentals of tax-deferred exchanges
- How to use 1031 exchanges as a sales tool
- What exchanges mean for agents

CE credit details:
To receive CE credit, you must attend in person, sign in on the registration form before class begins (an SCREC requirement), and stay for the full hour. Virtual attendees are welcome, but CE credit is only available to in-person attendees.
Walk-ins are welcome, but registering helps make sure there’s a plate with your name on it.
