The new cd, Unsolicited Advice, is escaping custody soon,! Come celebrate at the New World Deli with us. Much humor and fun with Marilyn Rucker on piano and vocals, Karyn Lane on sax, clarinet and vocals, and Maurine McLean and Gail Lewis (of the Therapy Sisters. They're staying over after their gig from 2-4 at the same place to add background vocals and snarky comments.) Also, wit and wisdom from Joe Kulhavy. (And possibly a Halloween themed tune or two, hence the vampire piano above) And the incredible jazz drummer and all around sweetheart, Masumi Jones, says she can come too! Johnny Serrano (guitar and banjo) and Billy Curtis (violin) say they can make it too! Maybe a few more players will drop by? Come and find out! Good music and excellent sandwiches at an early gig. Take home a cd, or go to www.marilynrucker.com and get one digitally.
