YOUTH RUN10 KM – ₹850 (TIMED)

REVA MARATHON 4.0 – Terms & Conditions / Event Guidelines
1. Registration
Choose your event category carefully. Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide a valid phone number and email ID (primary communication channels).
A baggage counter will be available for outside participants. Wristbands will be provided for luggage tagging.
2. Age Criteria
21 KM: Minimum 16 years
10 KM: Minimum 12 years
3 KM & 5 KM: Minimum 8 years
For minors: By registering, the parent/guardian confirms consent and acknowledges all rules apply to the minor as if they were an adult.
3. Communication
Email: Add [email protected] to your safe list to avoid missing updates.
WhatsApp Alerts: Official messages from Reva Trust (not spam). Please avoid complaints against our messaging provider.
Email Notifications: Any notice sent to your registered email will be considered officially delivered.
4. Data Entry
Fill only the necessary fields for mailing. Avoid repeating details (e.g., city/province/country) to prevent delays in communication.
5. Assumption of Risk
Long-distance running is an extreme sport. By registering, you accept all risks involved and waive liability for the organizing committee. Participants are advised to undergo a full medical check-up before the event.
6. Risks Acknowledgement
Risks include but are not limited to: Falls or injuries, Contact with participants, Weather conditions (heat/humidity), Traffic & road conditions, Public risks (e.g., arson/terrorist threats)
7. Liability Disclaimer
REVA Marathon 3.0 and affiliates are not liable for loss, illness, damage, or injury during participation.
8. Event Instructions & Safety
Follow all directions from organizers, volunteers, and medical staff. Stop running if instructed by event staff or medical personnel for safety reasons.
9. Media & Personal Data
Event photos/videos may be used for publicity. Personal data may be stored/used for event management and statistics.
10. Event Changes & Force Majeure
Organizers may cancel, postpone, or stop the event due to weather, emergencies, or government restrictions without prior notice.
11. Refund & Modification Policy
No refund, modification, or transfer once registration is confirmed.
Applications rejected by organizers will receive a refund (excluding bank charges).
12. Race Day Protocol
Adhere to cut-off times for safety/traffic rules. If absent, no refunds will be issued.
BIB Collection:
Must be collected in person. Allowed via authorized representative with written consent.
No BIBs/kits distributed on race day.
13. Disqualification
Participants not wearing their allotted BIBs will be disqualified after post-race image verification.
14. Non-transferability
All rights/benefits are non-transferable. Only the registered participant is eligible.
