Come experience a powerful, grounding sound journey in the heart of the Olentangy Caverns.
hOm has been invited back into the beautiful, historic Olentangy Caverns to host monthly sound baths.
These sound bath journey's will be taking place every month from May through October. There is limited capacity, so don't hesitate to grab your spot!
Known to have been used by the Wyandotte tribe as a refuge, these caverns have so much felt history and energy from the moment you step inside. Please be respectful of the land.
Be prepared to descend deep into the cave for a sound bath experience unlike any other in Central Ohio.
Things to know:
Parking is free in the gravel lot. Once you arrive enter the building marked "Cave Entrance."

Please use the bathroom when you arrive (located on the far side of the property). It is trek down into the cavern, so please be ready to spend your time there.
Be prepared to descend multiple flights of stairs into the cavern for the sound bath.
The cave is damp and muddy in places, so please plan/dress accordingly

The cave is much cooler inside than outside, so please plan/dress accordingly. It is cold!
We will have some tarps available to place on the ground, but please bring a mat and head rest that can get dirty (pillow, rolled up towel, etc) to use for the sound bath. If you have a small tarp you would like to bring, it is encouraged to do so.
Some of the areas in the cave are seated nooks in the walls (see photo below).
Don't follow the ghosts any deeper into the cave. There is no turning back and we cannot save you. (kidding)
