We’re coming together as a community to support Catch A Lift Fund, a nonprofit that helps combat-injured American veterans heal through fitness, nutrition, emotional wellness, and community. Since 2010, Catch A Lift has served more than 15,000 veterans!
This is about more than a workout; it’s about showing up for an incredible cause and bringing our community together.
🎉 Everyone is welcome! This is a family-friendly, kid-friendly community event, so invite your spouse, bring the kids, and encourage friends, neighbors, and coworkers to join us. You don't have to be a CrossFit member to participate!
Registration is just $40 and includes a Catch A Lift T-shirt. You can also donate to support the cause.
