Who is Phil Solomon?
"Over the past 30 years I've either worked in sales roles or hired the best professionals in the market for my customers. I've owned and run two micro-businesses and led global teams for a mid-market enterprise — so I've seen selling from every angle, from the front line to the boardroom.
Today I run the Sales Geek franchise for Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire, working as a fractional sales director and mentor for SME owners and their teams who want to sell smarter, protect their margins and build a sales engine that actually delivers.
What drives me in business and as a rugby coach, is helping others reach their potential. There's nothing better than seeing the work I do with my customers turn into real, tangible growth."
