- Operational capacity: assessing whether your people, processes and systems can absorb and deliver the growth you are planning
Through practical exercises and founder-focused discussions, you will stress-test your growth plans, identify potential pressure points and choose three clear priorities to strengthen your business over the next 90 days.
This session is not about how to raise funding. It is about building a business that can use funding effectively and turn investment into sustainable growth.
