We will meet on site at 10am and finish at approximately 2pm. A little earlier than normal! We will meet on Spearing Road Service Road at the middle entrance of Castlefield.

There is a small car park just off Rutland Avenue (///shared.limit.spin) or on street parking on Rutland Avenue. The nearest postcode is: HP12 3JR. Please park considerately.
Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:
The build up of litter here is out of control. Please come and help us make a dent! The bigger the team, the bigger the impact. We will be tidying up as much as we can in these four hours.
Timings (please note these timings are approximate):
10.00: Arrival on site for safety briefing, please don't be late!
10.15: Work starts
12.00: Lunch time, please bring your own. We will bring tea & coffee
14.00: Home time, thanks so much for your support
What to bring:
Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.
Long trousers are advisable as there may be ticks and thorny vegetation. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.
Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain. If it's sunny you might need a hat and suncream.
Please bring plenty of fluids and a packed lunch. We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.
Please note:
Biscuits are served at all Chiltern Rangers sessions. Please advise if you have an allergy.
Sometimes there is a need for us to use power tools that can be noisy.
