About this Event
Mock Casting Workshop with Casting Director Sam Claypole
Join Casting Director Sam Claypole for a practical mock casting workshop designed to give actors an insight into the casting process for film and television.
Participants will receive TV/film sides in advance to prepare before the workshop. On the day, actors will take part individually in a mock casting with Sam, working with the material they have prepared.
Each casting will be filmed, and participants will receive a copy of their recorded scene after the workshop.
The whole group will watch each casting, giving everyone the opportunity to learn from seeing different actors approach the same material and experience the casting process.
The workshop will conclude with an open Q&A with Sam, giving participants the chance to ask questions about casting and her experience working across television and feature film.
Limited to 12 actors per class.
