Casii Stephan is a genre-fluid, award-winning songwriter blending pop, soul, rock, and folk with sharp hooks and emotionally fearless storytelling. Born in Minnesota and shaped in Tulsa, Casii’s music explores love, loss, growth, and social issues with honesty, heart, and a little bit of grit.
Her new single, “Happy,” arrives October 23 and asks a deceptively simple question: What does it actually mean to be happy? A soulful, hook-filled track produced by Chad Copelin, “Happy” sounds bright and danceable while wrestling with the heavier realities of grief, uncertainty, and a world that can feel overwhelmingly political. It’s the first taste of Casii’s forthcoming debut album, Let Her Have Her Flowers, due spring 2027 on Shamus Records.
A recent International Acoustic Music Awards winner for Best AAA/Alternative Song, Casii has performed official showcases at SXSW, Folk Alliance, and recently AMERICANAFEST, with her music featured by Billboard, NPR, SPIN, and American Songwriter.
Come hear “Happy” live—and experience the soulful, dynamic performance that has made Casii one of Tulsa’s most compelling independent artists.
