About this Event
Casa Tinkuy is a new Peruvian dining and cocktail experience from Lima-born mixologist Angelo Palomino and his brother, Chef Michael Palomino, bringing more than 15 years of Las Vegas Strip hospitality to the flavors of Peru.
Our first encounter is a six-course tasting menu featuring line-caught flounder ceviche, colossal blue crab causa, ají de pollo, seco de carne cappelletti, and a frozen passion fruit and ají amarillo cheesecake. Much of our organic produce comes from Malibu Fig Ranch.
Optional pairings are available at the table: a La Diablada Pisco cocktail pairing (four cocktails) or a non-alcoholic pairing.
Seatings: 4:30, 6:30, and 8:30 PM
21 and over. Valid ID required.
