Your parents called it cartoon. You called it peak fiction. GD calls it comedy material.
Ever been told, "Bhai, cartoon dekhna band kar"?
This show is for you.
CARTOON MAT BOL is an anime-fuelled stand-up comedy experience by GD Ryait, bringing over a decade of stand-up comedy to the wonderfully ridiculous world of anime fandom.
From One Piece vs Naruto debates to absurd power-ups, filler arcs, emotional backstories, iconic characters and fan theories that make absolutely no sense, nobody is safe from the jokes.
Not the heroes. Not the villains. And definitely not the fans.
What to expect:
Original, anime-inspired stand-up comedy
Hilarious takes on iconic characters and fandom rivalries
Relatable storytelling, audience banter and unexpected punchlines
A room full of people who understand why anime is NOT just cartoon
Whether you're a hardcore anime fan or a casual watcher, come ready to laugh, pick sides and defend your favourite characters.
90 minutes. Hindi, English and Punjabi. Ages 16+
Bring your crew. Choose your side.
And whatever you do, Cartoon Mat Bol!
