Hi Everyone, I looked into participating in the Carrousel of Nations this year, but registration has already closed. I’ve shared the details and associated costs below for your reference (please see the email). If you’re interested, please indicate your interest on this event. Good morning Mary,
Thank you for your interest in the Carrousel of the Nations. We have our 2026 Carrousel of the Nations Villages selected already for this year, but you can certainly apply for next year 2027. I'm attaching a Pre-Application outline that you would need to complete that we can present to our selection committee next year. We would require this application submitted by and if successful, you would then send in the actual application for your village.
1. Proposal - An outline of your village, this is important for our board to understand the Cultural representation you will have at your Haitian Village,
For your reference attached is the proposal from the Dutch Village to assist you with your submission.
In the outline please state the specifics of the village, ideas, planned entertainment, space provided, etc; no information is too small to include.
Costs for Carrousel:
There is a $ 700 entry fee.
Then $ 200 per day you wish to run the village (so 1 day is $ 200, 2 days $ 400, 3 days $ 600)
As well as a $ 200 refundable deposit, which is returned after the village;
