Caring for Self to Care for Others: Day Two

This workshop is designed for those who attended Caring for Self to Care for others and are interested in the deeper aspects of self-care. In this session, we will lovingly examine what our thinking and reaction patterns may be showing us about ourselves. We will uncover where we are being invited to release patterns of unforgiveness and biased thinking, and llearn tools that can aid us in being companions to others on their own healing journeys. Handled with humor and grace, this workshop is designed for those desiring a dive into deep inner work and open to vulnerability for the sake of growth.
