My Caribbean Soca Dance Cardio class has officially started, and our first class was a hit! ��If you’re in the Hot Springs area, come join us! The class is open to the community and features a fun, energetic cardio workout set to Caribbean Soca music, with a few Caribbean dance moves mixed in. No dance experience is necessary. Just come ready to move, sweat, and have fun!
We meet every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM through October 29.
