Caribbean Flavors CLT: A Haitian Cooking Experience
Get ready to cook, connect, and celebrate! Join us for an interactive, hands-on Haitian cooking experience led by Chef Claudia of Chateau Creole (@chateaucreolenc).
Whether you grew up eating Haitian food or you’re experiencing these flavors for the first time, everyone is welcome! You’ll learn authentic recipes, cook alongside Chef Claudia, enjoy music and good company, and sit down to enjoy a delicious Haitian meal.

DIRECTIONS TO THE KITCH
When arriving, pass Big Daddy’s Restaurant and continue toward the nearby plaza.
Look for Bayshore CPAs — The Kitch is located behind Bayshore CPAs.
There is plenty of parking available in the lot in front of Bayshore CPAs. Once parked, make your way toward the rear of the building to access The Kitch.
