✨ May 15, 2026 | CAREXDESIGN in Conversation - Come take part in a conversation about why CARExDESIGN matters. We’ll be taking a tour of our space, and delve into two ADA projects from 2025:
- Adapt/Evolve, A Cross-Disciplinary Exploration of Adaptive and Inclusive Design (September 18 - October 26, 2025). Read the dezeen article.
- Unbreakable Summit: Tamara Morgan (ADA Associate Director) will share her remarkable story of becoming the first person with osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone condition) to ascend Mount Kilimanjaro (August 2025).
At its core, CARExDESIGN is about recognizing individuals as experts in their own lives and designing with, not for people with disabilities. By centering care and collaboration, we can build more inclusive environments that honor autonomy, creativity, and access.

- Facilitated conversation on person-centered design and its real-world applications
