Family/non-professional caregivers are invited to join us for this day of self-care, relaxation, connection, and renewal to help caregivers stay mentally, emotionally, and physically well.This year’s retreat will include keynote speaker Martin Schreiber, co-author of the book "My Two Elaines," a vendor fair and sack lunch, caregiver networking, and individual self-care and activity sessions. Breakout sessions include Sound Healing, Massage & Reflexology, Tai Chi, and a guided tour of Shalom. Respite care for loved ones may be available upon request.
This is a free event organized by Stonehill Communities, NEI3A, and Shalom Spirituality Center with grant support from Stackstone Wealth.
